Any treatment where in I can completely cure Hep B. What should I need to do to maintain ALT and HBVDNA remain normal and low respectively.

Unfortunately, there is no definitive treatment that will cure HBV at the moment. In your case, Interferon treatment may offer a small chance to cure in the hands of a liver specialist using serum HBsAg level as a guide.
To maintain your present state, just refrain from smoking and drinking, regular exercise and exposure to the sun(for Vitamin D), good diet etc. Above all, regular checkup by a specialist.

Sorry about the confusion. For male, ALT should be less than 30 iu/L. Assuming you are HBeAg negative, your very low HBBVDNA indicates you are most likely in the Immune Control(Inactive) Phase, when treatment is not necessary. Just have regular checkups (at least once every year) to make sure your ALT and HBVDNA remain normal and low respectively.
Just my opinion.

It does seem you are infected with HBV as your HBsAg is positive.

Is 1000.0 IU/mL is severe? I am going to take rest of the tests this week?
The natural history of Hepatitis B infection goes through several phases, in each phase, HBsAg levels vary greatly and so should be interpreted together with other information. The most important information is your viral load(hbvdna) and levels of ALT. If you have queries, post the results of your test.
LIVER PANEL 1; LFT,SERUM
(Spectrophotometry)

AST(SGOT) -> 20U/L   (Ref Range15 -37)
ALT(SGPT) -> 43U/L (Ref Range 30 -65)
GGTP -> 44U/L (Ref Range 5 -85)
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) -> 120 (Ref Range 50 - 136)
Bilirubin Total 0.66mg/dL (Ref Range 0.30 - 1.20)
Bilirubin Direct 0.12mg/dL (Ref Range <0.20)
Bilirubin Indirect 0.54mg/dL (Ref Range <1.10)
Total Protein 8.11g/dL (Ref Range 6.40 - 8.30)
Albumin 4.49g/dL (Ref Range 3.50 - 5.20)

The results you posted are all within normal range, maybe your ALT is slight high (ideally it should be < 19 iu/L for female). You should test for your HBeAg status and viral load(hbvdna) to see which phase you are in.
