My vit d3 level 4.97(Low)

Hi All,

I got my Vit d3(25 - HYDROXYVITAMIN D) level today and it's 4.97(Low). But report says Deficiency:< 20.0 ,Insufficiency: 20.0 -  100.0.

Please suggest me what I can take to improve my Vitd level?

I have given for IPTH test, I will be getting result in 3 days. Please help. I take lot of dairy products. That's why my Vit D is so less or what might be the problem? Thanks.

My Doctor suggest me Lumia60K tab weekly for 8week for Vitamin D, and Evion 400mg for vitamin E and told me to do test for Vit B12 too.
My current VitD is 15.2nmol/l and calcium is 9.3.

Hi All,

I started taking Brazil nuts two per day, one in the morning and one in the night and Black seeds during night(One tea spoon with Hot water and honey).

So, my updated list goes as below.

Vit d3 supplements
Vit B12 injections and Vit B tablets
Lemon and honey in the morning
Garlic b4 I go to bed everyday
Ginger anytime in a day
Cloves as mouth freshners.
Brazil nuts for selenium two nuts per day.
Black seeds/Black cumin seeds before I sleep.

I will be updating you on the progress once I am done with my blood test.

Please suggest if you have any inputs. I always believe that HBV is curable if we take all above listed stuffs :)

Enjoy..
