Help please/ what shall I do?

Age 40. Diabetic for 5 years. Diabetes in good control. In 2013, detected with HBSAG. HBEAG negative.

Have had fatty liver for 2 years.

July 2016- got gall balder removed.
In liver biopsy- was detected witH following:
Fibrosis stage 1/6.
Ishak modified hepatitis activity index- grade 3/18, stage 1/6

Recent blood test results:
HBVDNA - undected since last two years
HBSAG- 1.66 iu/ml (Apr 2017), 20 iu/ml (April 15), 40 iu/ml (July 14)

Can anyone (stalwarts in group) help me with interpretation of Biopsy report?
Is fibrosis 1/6 a matter of worry?
What shall I do to get rid of it? Is it possible- to begin with?

you will be cured in 5-6 months as ur hbsag is 1.66 ui ml only less than 1 cured also get hbsab tested after you achieve hbsag below 1 as antibodies are the main warriors

Forgot to mention that my ALT/ AST levels have been near 20-25.
