HBeAg Non-reactive (CMIA method)
Anti-HBe Reactive (CMIA)
HBV DNA (Realtime PCR) Virus detection <2.00×10^1

25 Jan 2013:
GOT 45 < 33 U/L
GPT 108 < 50 U/L
Range Linearity 29 - 1.10 x 10^8 IU/mL
Detection Limit 6 IU/mL

22 Nov 2012:
HBeAg Negative 0.00 S/CO (0.10)
Anti HBe Positive 0.00 S/CO (0.4)
Viral Load: 4.47 x 10^4 IU/mL (Log=4.65)
2.60 x 10^5 Copy/mL (Log=5.42)

Oct. 2012:
SGOT 43 (Normal range 37)
SGPT 58 (Normal range 42)
ALT (SGPT) H52 U/L (Normal range 41)
AST (SGOT) 23 U/L (Normal range 38)
Ultrasound showed normal liver

QUESTIONS:
1) After seeing the latest result my doctor prescribed for me liver vitamin or hepato protector tablets for three months to normalize the ALT AST levels. what do you think about it?

2) What is your view about my liver condition and my recovering chances after seeing the results?

3) What is your view about futur of my liver, about the chances of cirosis and in which part of my age is it possible?

4) What is the effect of sexual intercouse on my health?

5) what are the best habits and practices to make positive progress in my condition?

Waiting crazily for your nice sugesstions, advice, warnings, etc.

Warm Regards,

Alghochak

I am not a doctor, I will just give you some general comments.

It seems you are responding to Tenofovir as your viral load is now below the limit of detection. Your ALT is still elevated, hopefully it will normalize soon.

In your condition, you should live just like a normal person- healthy diet, healthy life style, healthy sexual practice. Your partner should be vaccinated, but with your low viral load, you are not infectious.

Ultrasound is not very good at staging fibrosis, so you should have a Fibroscan in the future.

I am sure others will give you their ideas on extra diet and treatment that may bring about a cure.
