i think vit d3 is the most important and i myself experienced very good results with it, higher energy levels, better psychological mood and didn't get cold during this winter which is rare for me. better to use it with vit k. there are lots of posts, especially that steff(thanks to him very much) has written, to get very valuable and useful info about usage, dosage and other things. also selenium and zinc may be good add ons, both has good impact on immune system and may to be deficient for hbv carriers. there are also researchs that shows selenium may prevent hcc, it is another benefit for hbvers.
