My doctor says my ALT and AST are still within normal so he just recommends a booster for my immune system: Transfer Factor Cardio and vitamin C

Have you heard of this product?  Is it effective in boosting the immune system in fighting the HepaB virus?

vitamin D boosts immune system much more than C, check if you have a level less than 50-100 of vitamin d
