can i use interferon even if hbvdna zero to eradicate hbv?

it was said that: 2-3 years of either tenovofir or enticavir then interferon injections fo 48-96 weeks can eradicate hbv ?

so if hbvdna zero .. can only use interferon to eradicate?

it all depends on your hbsag quantity in serum

etv and tdf may be used anywy for this combo because your hbvdna is never zero in the liver but if hbsag is very low even interferon alone will reach clearance, hbsg less than 1000 and less than 500iu/ml have highest chances.

my opinion is to use the combos anyway, intf+alinia or intf+tdf

of course as StephenCastlecrag expert doc is needed, intf is not piece of cake

We have had some "unscientific" discussions about this: after undetectable hbv dna:
1. Stop the antiviral medication, wait for a flare, then see if you clear the virus. There is a clinical trial using this strategy.
2. Use Interferon. In this case, I would use qHbsAg to monitor progress.

In either case, you will need to be under the care of a bold and experienced doctor, in my humble opinion.
