Training and Hep B

My name is Alen, I am 35 years old. I am in crossfit since October 2015. In February 2017 doctors diagnose Acute Hepatitis B. Doctors told me, I can start with running, swimming, cycling in May. But, I found many scientific papers on internet about sport training and hepatitis B. And in those papers writes that there is no connection between virus and training, and I could start with training. Do you have something to suggest me. Yesterday I made my labs, AST is 36, ALT is 57, GGT is 54, CRP is negative, Bilirubin in total 18,6, LDH is  168, PCR HBV DNA in february was 9,902 copies/ml and now is 64 copies/ml +. Ultasound of my abdomen is ok, liver too. I would like to know can I start my crossfit training which include olympic lifting, running, pullups, pushups, rowing, etc. Do you have something to suggest me.

Yes its safe to exercise but whilst your in the acute phase make sure you get adequate sleep and hydration should be  a priority in my opinion (I'm not a doctor)

I've been doing sports, for about 20 years or more, now I do cross fit too few times a week and there is no impact on the liver as I know. I'v got F1 from fibrocan and my last viral load was 500 IU.
What is proven that sport is good for overall health :) so keep training.
Your alt is slightly too high anyway what is strange for such low viral load.

sorry, I've missed that you are diagnosed with acute hbv (not chronic), so you are probably in the healing phase now and you should be HBsAg negative in a few months.
