I don't know. I really think you should be discussing all these with your doctor.

All the best.

Thanks a lot stephen,
is there any injection type of lamivudine, entecavir, or tenofovir? my father can't swallowed anything at all.

I am not a doctor. Because of his very high ALT and symptom of ascites, I suspect he is having an acute on chronic liver failure. This is just my layman opinion. You must discuss with your doctor. I believe Lamivudine, or Entecavir or Tenofovir maybe suitable.

Your father's condition is very serious. He must stay in hospital. Discuss with his doctor about the possibility of using antiviral treatment.
The liver is resilient, all the best.
