if you would stop taking meds like entecavir / hepsera, would the virus evolve and replicate more actively than before? if the VL is UND? if the VL is still detectable?

For chronic infections, it's still about 1%.
Remember for chronic HBV, UND VL doesn't mean NO virus. It means LOW virus.
