What my test results mean?

I'm a chronical carrier of Hepatitis B. My recent test results show as following:

Heptitis BS AG  Positive
Hep B DNA screen Positive
Hep B DNA, Quant. 2683
Log HBV IU/ML 3.43

What do they mean? What should I do, see a doctor for further testings?

Thanks!

You seem to have low level infection.

You need to get further tests HBeAg/HBeAb/AST/ALT.

They determine whether you ought to be on treatment or not.
