Mcgaf spray?
I am planning to try mcgaf to enhance immune system. Since I am in USA, eveything is so restricted. Injection is not an option. And there is no fancy product available either. I saw a product called Colostrum-IC. Is it the right stuff? I am planning to try for 6 months.

What exact products did stef2011 mention? The one I found is not gcmaf strictly. I can't anything else in USA.
