pth and vit d level

My latest vit d level is 45 ng/ml and my I pth is 48 pg/ml ( 15 -  65pg/ml ). I'm taking 4000 iu  vit d3 per day. Any comments pls. Ty

no absolutely it has calcium and that is not ok
