pth and vit d level

My latest vit d level is 45 ng/ml and my I pth is 48 pg/ml ( 15 -  65pg/ml ). I'm taking 4000 iu  vit d3 per day. Any comments pls. Ty

NO kidneys stones are due to a deficiency of vitamin d and vitamin k2

Ionized calcium 1.17 ( 1.10- 1.35 ) , Mg 0.94 ( 0.70 - 1.00 ), phosphorus  0.94 ( 0.87 - 1.45 )
