pth and vit d level
My latest vit d level is 45 ng/ml and my I pth is 48 pg/ml ( 15 - 65pg/ml ). I'm taking 4000 iu vit d3 per day. Any comments pls. Ty
It is not vit d but insufficiency to make it, you have it very low and also calcium deficiency/high pth due to vit d deficiency
if you want to balance all nutrients which work with vit d also take
vitk2 mk7 200mcg daily
vit a from cod liver oil 3000iu daily
magnesium 400mg daily
you are probably deficient of these nutrients too, when vit d is deficient it makes unbalance of many nutrients

My problem is I have vit d side effects such as abdominal cramps. Polydipsia polyuria. Leg cramps. Shortness of breath. Im on vit d3 for 8 months
No its too low for hbv carrier increase to 10.000iu daily, there js no toxicity with these doses
