Ok I know we cant have alcohol but does anyone have any ideas about what would taste like amaratto? I was thinking about boiling the Disaronno to remove the alcohol because I just really want the flavor not the alcohol? Any thoughts? LIke to put it on vanilla ice cream :) and even amaratto extract has alcohol :(

Something like this, maybe?

http://www.amazon.com/Stirling-Gourmet-Amaretto-Coffee-Flavoring/dp/B000LKRV1U

There's no alcohol listed in the ingredients.

Come to think of it, Second Cup has all kinds of these flavourings.  I like Italian soda with sugar free mango syrup.  Yes, many are available as sugar free, too.  :D

Is Second Cup a Canadian or American company?  Maybe Starbucks has them, too?
