cake with alkohol

hello threr,
im on week 10 on incivek and today somebodody at the working gave
me a little piece of cake.after i eated i notoced that there was some little alk in the cake.

does this affect the effiency of my therapy?
im scared i brought my hole therapy in danger with eating this little piece of cake.

i never ever will eat something from what i dont if there is some alk inside.

Judging by your typing which is as bad as mine when I'm on the ipad late at night I'd say there might have been more than a little bit of alk in that cake.  ;)

But no if it's just a piece of cake and not a bottle of Jack it wont hurt your 'hole' therapy.

don't overthink it.  You will be fine.  One of the local restaurants around her makes a mean rum cake with real whipped cream.  I don't think I could pass that up if it iwas in front of me.

Sorry Rexx...I was just playing.  You will be fine.  I use to be a chef and we never used much alcohol in cakes.  If you didn't notice it until after you finished the "small" piece then you are absolutely fine.  It was just an aftertaste from the alcohol.

Yes, I will attest that nygirl's typing on her ipad is atrocious, but very entertaining.  We still luv her.   I"m not touching this hole therapy thing.

I am a recovering alcoholic and there is a little Bistro down the street that makes the most incredible Rum Cake I have ever tasted. Of course it has rum in the cake but lots in this syrup dressing that covers it. Anyway I have tasted all kinds of stuff like that over the years and never got that tingly, whirring feeling in the back of my head like Whoa when I tasted their cake.

Like the others have said it very likely does not matter at all and you will be fine but I don't want to discount the whole idea that all desserts like that are totally harmless for everyone (i.e., people like me)♪

bung hole rum cake of which I did partake several times  during tx.  Is it bad that I licked the beaters?   And the cake pan? Spoon? Pan? Oven?

I stay somewhere between f3 and f4.
Doing triple tx with incivek and was und at week 4.tomorrow starts week 11.
