There are many condition or illnesses that can raise liver enzyme levels not just hepatitis. Your levels are abnormally high and should be followed through to find the underlying could off there blood numbers.

You are right to be concerned. Tests results like these are a sign, an indication that something is going on in your body that is not normal.

The only person who can diagnose the cause of these blood level abnormalities is a knowledgeable and experienced gastroenterologist (digestive system specialist which includes the liver) or hepatologist (a liver specialist).

Get a referral to see a specialist from your primary doctor.

Best of luck to you.

Lifestyle can really be a help. Not consuming alcohol or unprescribed drugs, not smoking, eating nutritious fruits and veggies, reducing fats and animal protein, and regular exercise have all been shown to do wonders.  The liver can repair some damage already done if we help it along.  Some organs have little if any ability to do this.  Knowing this about your liver can help motivate making the hard changes to diet, etc.  Do things your doctor advises in small steps if you need to so you don't feel overwhelmed.
