hollydays in the mountains

Hello there,

I stay now for 3 days in the mountains for hollidays.
Where I stay its about 1600 meters above sea level.my home is 500 meters above sea level.
I would like to ask if I have to expect some problems from the different hight.

My hgb was stable at 110 the last weeks.other labs are all o.k.
Thanks for some answers

So you think with my hgb of 113 I not have to expect any problems?.
I take it slowly because Iam more quick out of breath.we walk slow and Friday we go home again.

I went to the mountains first time I treated.  Yes there are issues with the anemia, so you just have to take it slow.  If you usually take long hikes, you may not want to this time.  Just watch for dizzyness.  But go and have fun.
