joint and hand pain

I am now 16 weeks into treatment, and had a new experience come up. This weekend about three hours after my shot my left hand started aching. It was almost like a pinched nerve feeling in the back of my hand and up my wrist. It  was a bit painful and it was difficult to move my arm without causing shooting pain in my hand it lasted about 8 hours with the after ache lasting about a day. I do not know if it was related to the treatment, but I have not had the experience before. Then today the hand pain has faded but my elbow is aching. I did have injury to my right arm and shoulder due to an accident in the past, although have not had problems in quite awhile with that. I have heard that old injurys can 'flare up' on interferon. Although that hand thing is totally new. Has anyone else this problem?

I had strange things and stabbing on tx, moreso on Neupogen. It did seem to come and go.  I remember about week 15 having burning feet!  I had to put ice packs on them. There always seemed to be something!  Now I am dxed with Fibromyalgia. All over pain at times, but mostly stabbing in areas, like hand and elbow. See a rhemy if they get too bad....I am on Lyrica now. Not sure it would be good on tx. It has helped a lot!
