Hernias and orgasms? HELP!

39 years old, chronic huge cortisol gut being made worse from recent broken heart syndrome, a testicle that tends to retract into the inguinal canal during orgasm, followed by a lot of bearing down from anal sex and orgasms, extremely sexually active, and gas from a burrito, bent over and coughed, what used to be little hernias, immediately became something that will likely require surgery, but it will be a month before I can see a doctor. Bowel movements immediately changed, from frequent and solid, to mushy and clumpy.  I've cut down on the food to help the bloating, but with the testicle that tends to retract and the intestines sharing the same space now, I'm afraid to have an orgasm.  Will the testicle become contorted?  Will the intestines become strangulated?

I just read an article on Doc spot that about testicular retraction during orgasm and it appears to be a reflex reaction. It's called cremaster reflex.
I can't answer the question of what ifs can only answer saying if you notice pain in your testicles it's best to go to the doctor as soon as possible to make sure that it is not strangulated. Because the hernia adds a layer of danger to the equation.(Another article online)(I put in cremaster in conjunction w/ ing. hernia)
I had a bilateral inguinal hernia repair fixed, and am now facing an abdominal hernia repair and my bowel movements never were effected like yours so I hope someone with better answers comes to your rescue. Good luck on your search.
