i am small white pimple like bumps covered with red skin inside the mouth. i fear it is a cold sore.

Reading your previous posts and you seem to have a wide spread fear of anything that could be contracted via sexual activity. What you describe sounds nothing like hsv cold sores. They are fliud filled blister type lesions that break open, leak and scab over. The vast majority of cold sores happen on the outer lips and or nose area. Not the inside of your mouth. While it is possible, just not as likely. Again this sounds nothing like hsv cold sores
