Is it Herpes Laryngitis/pharyngitis??

I had a unprotected sex about 3 and half weeks back with an unknown Girl for about 5 mins. Next day I got mouth infection ( just soar throat no fever no flu symptoms) and doctor (ENT) suggested some antibiotics,  after which I was feeling OK in a day. I thought it was a strep and asked for a swab test. Couple days later doctor confirmed its nothing. I had tonsillitis (swollen tonsils) before I had sex with her. Later I took the girl to the blood test for which she was tested positve for  HSV1 and she was having cold sores on her face. she was tested negative for HSV2. I didn't kiss her and she didnt touch any part of my body orally. I didn't do that because I am worried if kissing might impact my tonsillitis.. I had a skin rash on 12 th day on my hand (forearm) which wasn't the bump, just skin rash and it went on its own in 4 days. There was no pain or burn or blisters on the area where the rash appeared. I don't have any blisters on any other part of the body especially in my genital area or face or lips or tongue. I don't fell any discomfort while urinating. I have taken HSV blood test IgG on the 12 th day and came out negative. Since then I don't have any symptoms except difficulty in swallowing and discomfort in my throat. I feel like something is struck in my throat 70% of the time. I feel like soar throat if I shout loudly. I am fearing if I would have been infected with HSV1. Will this be Herpes Laryngittis/ pharyngitis?  will viral Laryngitis/Pharyngitis get relief from antibiotics as I was feeling well in a day after I took them. Will Herpes Laryngitis/Pharyngitis cause no sores in the mouth, tounge or lips?  Is this some kind of bacterial infection or viral infection? Any suggestions highly appreciated. I took an appointment for next week with my ENT.I see the transmission rate of 4% with unprotected sex from female to male with HSV1 genitally. I have also attached the pic for skin rash that occured on my skin.

If you had no oral contact there is no way to get herpes 1 in your mouth all your oral symptoms are unrelated.

thanks for your reply!! I am worried if this is herpes laryngitis/phryngitis since they don't show any symptoms of hsv1 on the lips or in the mouth and it can impact the throat. I also read that some people will not show symptoms if it is  GHSV1 (since I had only genetal contacts). Wondering if HSV1 causes directly laryngitis/phryngitis without causing any outbreaks on face or in the mouth !!

Hi, firstly no std including hsv1 produce symptoms the next day so you can rule out the affair for this. Also if no oral contact was made with her, you cant contact any std including herpes in the oral area so that is not connected as well. Also first time herpes would not break out in the back of your throat but at your lip area as fist time outbreaks occur at point of contact.
Hope this was helpful.
