Ngu herpes possible?
Hello!
Asking about possible herpes infection.
My problems started after protected one night stand.
I dont know if this is even possible but my symptoms are weird.
im 32 year old male and i'v been negative for hsv 1&2
Day1: Only protected vaginal sex and mutual masturbation whitout condom (did not wash my junk untill morning)
Day5: Starting to feel discomfort at genital area
Day:6 Generally fealing little sick including headict
Day7: Slight urge to pee and slight burning in urethra, redness around urethal opening
Day8: Tested for chlamydia & ghorrea (negative)
Day9-10: More pain during urination and urge pee more often, clear sticky dischage, noticed also constant paint at tip of penis (drinkin lots of water helped pain during pee)
Day10: Went to doctor, took high wbc count from urine and diagnosed ngu (no bacteria found, didnt even check my junk)
Day10-20: Course of nitrofurantoin wich would help freguent urination and pain slightly decreasing (urethal opening still red and swollen)
Day25: Only minor pain left during urination and meatus is not red anymore no more discharge
There has been stabbing pain in urethra just below glans almost whole time untill day 20-25, discharge seems to make it worse. There has not been any typical sores in genital area or itching. Overall i feal pretty good now.
The thing that makes this suspicious is that i did have high wbc in urine and constant fealing of pain at tip of urethra and stabbing. I think it would be impossible to get first hsv outbreak only inside urethra while wearing condom but this is really odd to me.
Is there any possible explanation other than herpes because i think this is viral infection?
I think ngu should be more about discharge and not pain during urination and constant fealing of pain+meatitis.
Any help apritiated and i hope i made my story enough simple.

Thank you Dave, this is my understanding too. I'm clueless whats going on in here as this whole event is so weirdo that i might just go meet psychiatrist.
Hi, since first time herpes outbreaks occur at point on contact and you used a condom for the sex, none of your penis issues are related to any std as it was covered and the masturbation is zero risk.
