Conflicting ideas about possible genital HSV symptoms?

In 2014 I had a brief encounter where I received oral from a stranger, no idea whether or not they had HSV.

I had a IGG test at 3 weeks, negative, but I know that was early. Cleared of all other STDs.

For the past year and a half, I've had constant pain on the back of my thighs when sitting, my testicles and anus are both red, and more recently the opening of my penis has been irritated and extra sensitive to clothing. After masturbation the swelling of the opening is definitely worse, and looks swollen in the mornings.

I've read that these are symptoms similar to prodome in genital hsv. However, would these feelings ever subside without antiviral?

I've not been sexually active since for constant fear. Pain is becoming almost unbearable. Have been to a urologist, negative MRI, antifungal script did nothing, prednisone no help, 2 rounds of doxy no help.

Is it possible to have these symptoms caused by HSV with no outbreaks or blisters? How accurate is a 4 week IGG?

Prodome is associated with tingling which is sign of a pending outbreak experienced with those who already have herpes and can be used as a tool predicting them and dont last more that a week before a sore develops.

Thank you for your reply.

The penis swelling/sensitivity/irritation is all the time, just worse after masturbation.

The pain in the back of the thighs radiates up to buttocks and lower back occasionally.

Many people on this board seem test positive for HSV while only experiencing prodome symptoms with no outbreaks?

Hi testing at 4 weeks is not accurate and none of your symptoms suggest herpes at all. Pain on the back of your thighs suggest muscle strain and a red anus and testicals suggest tight pants and penis swelling after masturbation suggest an injury from the act itself.
