Do I have herpes or am I worrying too much

So I whent to have Oral sex using my fingers, however only touched the pubic area, I had no cuts on my fingers or anything and even after I didn't directly touch my genitals also have no idea wether even if I did wether her herpes was active or dormant! the morning when I woke up to the unforgiving shame of my actions I started panicking about wether or not I could have contracted herpes. I'm a very anxious person and often have psycho somatic symptoms, this time is strange though, as I have been having certain problems such as itchy scrotum, slight red marks and tenderness on the side of my penis! As additional information i was also informed that I was found passed out with no trousers on in the middle of a football pitch after trying to run a lap round, could this also be something to do with my symptoms? Only reason I ask is because I'm a big worrier and want to see if I'm being completely stupid before going to the clinic!
Much appreciated

I'm a little fuzzy on what sexual activities you and your female friend engaged in. Be specific and I can better judge your risk or lack there of.
Thank you

So it got quite heated and I put my hands down her pants however didn't actually make any real friction and only got to the pubic area before she said' stop I have to tell you something ' so instantly I stopped
You were at zero risk for contracting hsv. This is not how it's spread. You can relax and you needn't worry at all
Thanks v much just needed so mere reassurance!
You're welcome!!
