Confused, negative tests

I have had a few pimple like lesions under the opening of the ureathra for quite some time, one especially that never leaves, over a year... I have got tested for all the STD's and the only thing I tested Positive for is HSV1, the oral type....  I have another on the top shaft of the penis that is not a pimple like lesion at all but a circular, somewhat painful, half of a dime shaped sore.  It is not open or anything, just lighter in color and circular and does not go away... I have only had sexual intercourse with one girl over the last few years and this just started within the last few months.  She had clean tests before and during our activity as well as did I!  I have leaky urinary problems as well.  Not to sure what to think of it!  Let me know if you have any ideas

start with the urologist because obviously urine leaking is the bigger problem at this point.

anything that's been there for over a year isn't herpes related.

have you seen a dermatologist yet?  An urologist would be good for the urine leakage issues.
