Worried about contracting genital herpes. Am I freaking out or over reacting?

Back in January, I received unprotected oral sex from someone I didn't know. The partner said that they were clean. Days after, I realized I have these small, pearly like bumps that are somewhat raised on the shaft of my penis. It is mostly visible when I stretch back my foreskin (I am uncircumcised). They could've been there for years, but I noticed them through paranoia after my encounter. Throughout the past three months, they have stayed the same. No changes. I haven't had any pain, burning, discomfort, itching, or flu like symptoms at all. No pain during urination or anything like that. They are just there, but are causing a great deal of anxiety for me. Could this be a sign of herpes? I am kind of doubtful because these bumps have stayed the same for the past three months.

Those are normal. Your risk was very small indeed and if you had contracted hsv1 on your penis you would most assuredly know it. Very rarely is hsv1 asymptomatic on the genitals. Again very small risk if no lip sores were present.  Almost zero
