Please help..pain for long...

I'm in a serious situation and need an insight....
I had sex in December 2014...it was high risk but protected.... The sex was only vaginal...and eventually my first time sex ever. After that I feel abdominal pain and fatigue after 12 days... Which continued for 15 days approx. I also had a rash from testis to anus...which was only itching and no pain..also no anal sex was involved.
After that neck pain and malaise started which then converted to anal lesions...nearly after 4 months with penis pain and burning urination.this was real painful. From that time till now I am in pain. Don't exactly remember days without pain till date.
I was healthy before this event.
I also tested for herpes combo igg which was negative after 4 months.
I read that this test is not good.in my country no herpes select and swab is there.
So what can be done to be sure...
Also I got cleared of kidney stones.
Please help...also pain in butts and low back...

What are the chances of this being herpes..???
You have had a negative IgG test for HSV after 4 months. This is conclusive, you do not have HSV.
It also would not cause the symptoms you describe.
I suggest you follow up with your doctor for further tests and diagnosis.

besides above questions, I hv low grade fever too.....and fatigue...

One more thing...my exposure was only 15 seconds at Max ..does this make virus entry less susceptible or time has nothing to do with virus us entry??
So life anal lesions can be herpes but this penis pain is not?

Besides above querries can it be urethral herpes..since my penis top is red from inside and painful for major portion of the day.

Also that rash from testis to anus....may be that was first time appearance which I thought was fungal infection. Then it started to show in form of anal lesions...
Also can recurrence be fast enough like twice or thrice in a month??

Simple touching does not pass herpes but takes rubbing to force the virus into the nerve. Also herpes could not get through the condom, what the cdc is mentioning is areas not covered by the condom.
First time sores appear at point of contact like your pubic area so if you anus did not make contact you would not have a first time outbreak there.

Hi, having protected sex where she did not have any genital sores at the time, the chances you contracted herpes would be close to zero from a one time affair.
Burning while urinating would not be connected as your penis was covered and no bacteria could get inside.
