Is this herpes?

Hey everyone. Recently I have found a red spot on the near the end of my bellend of my penis. It doesn't  hurt nor does it itch. Have had a fungal disease called thrush and still have it. I have had two sexual partners in my life, my gf who was a virgin when I met her and this other girl who was in a 3 year relationship. I had sex with the other girl 8 months ago and shown no symptoms, just have thrush. Used a condom of course, not orally though. Don't think she had a cold sore as I didn't get any later. Haven't had any in my life.Been checked before I had this spot and they said I was okay. What do you think it could be? It's near all the papsule on my shaft too. Apparently, it could be due to the sweat in my body infecting as I do tend to sleep quite clothed.
How long would it stay for it it's not herpes? And my tip of my penis hurts a tiny bit as I have balantis (doesn't hurt when I pee and I have no illnesses.

Does not sound like hsv at all. With your sexual history and having had protected sex I would say you have virtually no chance of hsv. If it was a hsv lesion it would go from red bump to fluid filled blister in a day or two. I can't say for sure what it is but it surely doesn't sound like hsv at all.
Combine that with the fact your own Dr's say it of no real concern.  It's safe to say you can be very confident you don't have hsv.
Hope that helps put your mind at ease.

Could just be a general bump down there?

It could be many things. The fact it's going down quickly is a good thing. Keep in mind that area is sensitive and bumps and abrasions are a normal fact of life. You can put herpes out of your mind. Have a good rest of your weekend.
