Can Herpectic Whitlow be transferred to other parts of the body without any lesions?

Hi.  I met a guy on a Saturday night and we kissed.  I then hung out with my ex bf the next two days (Sunday and Monday) and we kissed and had sex.  Tuesday night my lips felt weird and by Wednesday I had a break out all over both lips.  I bought abreva immediately and began the healing process for the lips.  On Wednesday and On Thursday I had tacos and they were messy with salsa etc and I licked every finger on both hands except for the pinkies.... I didn't wash my hands right away because I didn't think anything of it.  On Thursday I had light sensitivity in both my eyes and blurry vision for about two days.  So that gave me an indication that possibly might have infected my eyes.

I then asked my ex bf if he had any cold sores since I was with him for 5 years and he always told me when he had one so we always waited to kiss until after he healed so I trusted that he didn't have one at the time and he said he hadn't had a cold sore on his mouth for over a year.  I asked the new guy if he had one and he said he didn't have one at the moment but did get them... not sure if I believed him because he said it wasn't a big deal but I think it is.  We kissed at night and he had a big beard and mustache so I couldn't see anything if he did.  The thing is I've had one cold sore on the upper side of my lip once in my life about 9 years ago.

By Friday night my left index finger was burning... then Saturday my right index and thumb began to burn.  Sunday morning, I woke up with itchy eyes (didn't last two long maybe 30 minutes) and my left underarm hurt and I had a sore throat for about 2 days. Monday went to the dr.  She didn't see anything but with my explanation of symptoms she said I had Herpetic Whitlow. She prescribed me Valtrex.  Long story short, it's been about 3 weeks and my fingers are still burning and light itching here and there but doesn't last.  I have had no lesions, but I'll have burning in one area then it'll burn in another area, and then now my finger beds began to peel on their own and now they are a little swollen and a little red but no blisters of any kind have appeared thus far.

Last night I felt my nose tip feel weird too (I had been picking at it with my pinky for at least two days), it's swollen and tingly but doesn't feel like a pimple... today I woke up with a little sore throat and my finger beds are still burning but it's off and on sensations.  It's all 8 fingers and areas on my palms and middle of two fingers.
I also now have tingly feelings at the opening of my buttocks.  I have been applying lotion to my body, wiping after bathroom use, and showering.  I'm nervous I might have spread the herpes from my mouth to my fingers/hands to my eyes and now my lower region.   I don't see obvious lesions but I feel tingling and burning on all my 8 fingers (off and on) and on small areas around my palm.  It'll last a fews hours to a few days.  Now my buttocks opening feels weird.  I'm really nervous that I have herpectic whitlow and have transferred this all over.

Is this possible?  I'm so scared to do normal daily things like wash my face and apply lotion to my body but my hands don't feel normal and I've put on band aids here and there especially in the beginning but I don't see much of anything.  I just feel burning around my hands in different areas.
