Do I have herpes?

So 2-3 weeks ago I noticed a bump on my penis.  Flesh coloured at first but developed a white centre about a few days ago. Today, the white centre was gone and it appeared to be burst, kinda like an open sore.  I should mention, I feel no pain now (although there was some pain and burning urination, very small amounts, about 4-5 days ago). The bump did not appear to contain any fluid inside of it at first, so I thought it might be a wart at first. But when the white centre appeared, I ruled out warts. I posted the current state of the bump, as I said, it is burst. I hope it is a pimple; I just had an STD today, and I will not get the results for another week. The doctor said its hard to tell.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi, herpes are not white but clear blisters and when they open they spread  so i would not be concerned its herpes related.
