Posssible oral hsv 2

Hi. Dont know if anyone can help, would appreciate any advise. Last year may i was tested routinely for hsv 1 and 2 . I was positive for 1 which i knew, never had a cold aire or anything i can remember.  1 month after i recieved oral sex from girl once , never had sex just receieved oral. 4 weeks later i had mild swelling in spermatic cord and prostate. I do suffer with prostatitis. I began to urinate frequently. Visited a urologist and ibfectious disease doctor. Negative for most known bacteria. Was not tested for hsv as was teated 2 months before.  I was diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Never had any sores pimples cuts anything on genitals. Ive recently began dating a new person 8 months ago. I told her i had oral hsv1. She said she was tested the year before. For everything. Fast forward , i have not had penetrative sex with her just oral both ways. She gave me oral aex many times and i did the same several times. We have gotten serious and before we proceeded further i wantes to both test.  Unfortunately a few weeks ago we agin had oral sex,  this time several days later i began to get burning on my lips some tingling and what looked like 1 tiny pimple above my lip. It went away after 3 days. I fwel my lips burning under my nose and around my mouth. I also feel as if i have a split on my lip but cant see anything. What i want to know could i have contracted hsv2. I have no overt aires or anything. We are both going to get tested. Ahe tells me ahe never had any symptoms of herpes. I am afraid as she has given me oral sex and what are tge chances of her having oral and genital hsv 2. I have nothing below the waist and thia has bwen over 3 weeks. Atill have burning on my lips but no augn of anything. Thanks for anyone would can respond.

I highly doubt you contracted oral hsv2. Hsv2 does not like the oral cavity and your symptoms do not sound like hsv. If you get another sore then have it swabbed.
You can also both get tested to see where she stands as far as having hsv. But like I said hsv2 oral does happen but it is more rare.
