I just really hate the burning feeling inside the tip of my penis and side on the bumps
she also did not tell me what to put on it..that is why i am trying triple antibiotic

At this point I recommending putting down your penis and finding a new hobby. You are poking and prodding and checking it out quite a bit from the sounds of things. You've been seen by 2 providers who doesn't feel that anything is going on. What antibiotics are you still on? The chlamydia preventative treatment you were given in clinic should've been a 1 time dose.
I never recommend putting antibiotic cream on the genitals unless specifically told to do so by your provider. reactions to it are common and it wasn't designed for use on our sensitive genital skin. I'd go with a barrier cream like zinc oxide, desitin, a&d, aquaphor etc instead just to protect and soothe it at this point.
If a week from now you are still having symptoms, follow up again with a different provider.

hey grace, sorry about that.
and i am no longer on any medication.
and thanks. i take it i should probably wash that anti off, before i wake up in the morning with a reaction.
the only thing bugging me is the damn consistant burning feelin in the tip and side of my penis head, thank you for the fast reply :)
it could even be fungal which would be further exacerbated by the antibiotics you were given or it could just be irritation from looking at it so much.
grace
if it is fungal, will it go away on its own? or should i use one of the barrier creams?
and i have been washing with dial antibacterial soap.. that is fine i take it?
and thank you for the fasest response to any question ive ever asked haha
At this point I recommend just continuing to wash your genital area daily and do nothing else ( though a barrier cream on the tip for comfort is fine too ). If by monday things aren't better, return to your doctor. When you feel the need to look at your penis this weekend, instead get up and go take a walk, do some chores, go call a friend and chat etc instead to keep your mind off of things :)

hey grace... after this convo i went and saw my actual docter.. he said that it didnt look like herpes. that the skin toned bumps under my rim ont eh side were either just my skin cells or irratations.
and that im nuts haha.
but weeks lady the tip of my penis and rim where the bumps are still feels to be burning and irratating almost constantly during the day.
the bumps dont seem to be spreading, though i sometimes think they cover a bit of a wider area than before but, idk.
i dont understand how my penis rim and such has been feeling irratated and burning for this long.
the bumps arent changing..
and it doesnt "HURT" just is irrated and burns a bit.
my tip of the penis, looks red sometimes but idk.
could any of this be cause by me NEVER drinking water? like a dehydration thing?
could hepres line under my rim for a month and not change, burst, scab or anything?
i have a derm appt sept 10. but thats a way aways.
i am constantly stressed and overwhelmed by this sensation.
also. i wash my penis with dial antibacterial hand soap ahha..yea weird, it that fine?
you might be drying your sensitive genital skin out too much too. Why not try plain ole white dove and see how that works for you?
If you are still having symptoms, go back and be seen again.
Definitely this isn't herpes though.

I have switched over to white dove bar soap and it seems to be helping a tad. I talked to my docter on the phone, before this, because the bumps are there still and the tip is still lightly irritated, at least feeling wise..
he gave me a perscription of... mupirocin ointment. Which i have been putting on for the last week or so twice a day. when i shower earlier in the day, and then again at night before bed after washing with the dove. The question is.. can, if its not a bacteria thing.. can the ointment cause other problems? and i know you said this definantly isnt herpes. which relieved me a bit. But could these bumps.. IF herpes.. last like what, two months? and not change in any way shape or form?! just remain the samne and slightly irratable? i have an appointment with a dermatologist sept 10. :)
it's not likely to be bacterial infection so why they prescribed the ointment they did I have no idea. At this point nothing you can do but continue to follow up with your provider.
