HSV 2 at ninth month ?

I had unprotected sex last on November 2015, weeks later I had rashes on my penis glans area, I went around consulted a few doctors and finally get rid of it around February 2016 after I consulted a dermatologist.
However, it still got me worried from time to time, I'm always feeling the dizziness and felt that my eyesight got blur. Therefore I've decided to take a blood test on May 2016. The result came back surprisingly good, I am non reactive to HIV, VDRL and TPHA (Syphilis test) negative, and the rest as it follows :
Chlamydia IGG AB Index : 1.5 ( Grey Zone )
Herpes Type 1 IGG AB Index : 30.5 ( Positive )
Herpes Type 2 IGG AB Index : 1.4 ( Grey Zone )
The interpretation for AB Index are :
Negative :  11.0
The doctor said that HSV 1 is very common and it's not an STD, she asked to not worry about it. And since this test was done at five months after exposure, the doctor concluded that I do not have any STDs or HIV viruses.
I was relieved for a while until the rashes occurred again on my penis glands, I went to the same dermatologist as before and the doctor performed a swab test to determine whether it has fungal, the result came back negative and the doctor said the causes of the rashes may be due to medication side effect ( I took some Clarinase weeks before this ). He prescribed the same antibiotics as before and cream to apply. Roughly two months have passed, the rashes still hasn't go away and recently 3 days ago I have sores growing in my nostril. Other than that, my tongue have these strange patches and I went on to check on google I believe it's called geographic tongue, I have not experience all these symptoms before and it got me extremely worried about it.
So I would like to get some opinions from you guys about my situation, am I still at risk for HSV 2 ? Since the blood test result done at 5 months after exposure was at grey zone, is it possible for the HSV 2 viruses to develop now at 9th month ? I know the only way to be sure is to get another blood test, unfortunately I'm a student with a tight allowance, it would cost me 50% of my monthly allowance to get another blood test. Hence, I would like to know the chances of HSV 2 or other STDs to occur at 9th month after exposure.
Sorry for the poor grammar as english it's not my mother tongue. Thanks in advance for your replies.

The rash lasting so long on the penis does not suggest hsv at all. I would believe your negative test as at that time frame it is conclusive. I wouldn't worry about hsv2. Your Dr is correct as hsv1 is not considered an std.

Hey, thanks for your reply. So basically meaning I should ignore the symptoms like sore in my nose and raw red patches on my tongue as it possibly have nothing to do with any of the STDs?
I'm sorry for asking such question as it didn't make any sense but i'm just too anxious about it.

Ignoring these things would not be smart and in no way do I suggest ignoring anything. All I said was the rash does not suggest hsv.
Sores in your your nose can very well be your hsv1 infection. I suggest seeing your Dr or a dermatologist as you have tested positive for hsv1
