HSV II

I have take the results of examination as below:
HSV II IGG    negative
HSV II IgM     positive
Could I be worried for these results, because I want to be pregnant?

Your partner needs to get tested to know their own status too if you are thinking of becoming pregnant. Knowing your own status is only half the answer. Did you get tested as part of a general std screening or did you have symptoms?

The igm herpes test isn't accurate and isn't recommended to be done. Your igg is negative for hsv2.

Why not to do the igm test ?

The herpes igm test should've never been done.

Has your partner been tested for herpes to know their status?
