Herpes on my glans?? Red spots

Hi, hope someone can shed some light on an issue I have with my glans. I am getting very anxious and worried that I might have contracted HSV1 or HSV2 . I have had a blood test done in June and it came back positive to HSV1 , I am 40 years of age and it was the first time I had an STD test done in my life, since then I had two women performing oral sex on me. The first time was few days before the test.
Two days after the oral sex I noticed the glans skin was irritated, I remember i felt some pain when the woman was performing oral sex on me and I noticed some irritation, It was 4 months ago. The second woman gave me oral sex about a month ago.
Since the first time the irritation has never gone away, there are small red dots, no itchiness, no pain, no discharge. The intensity of this rash is variable. It gets worst after masturbation or sex I think.
I have been to the doctor many times asking about herpes, they are ambiguous, I had a swab taken from my meatus one week ago because it was swollen and came back negative to HSV1 and HSV2,I asked a different doctor  to repeat it on a part of the meatus that seemed more irritated ( I think the over exam of it has caused the meatus pain and irritation). I applied copious amount of hydrocortisone for a day and has irritated my skin , I am so scared!!! I was in a relationship for 14 years and I did break up 7 months ago , I want to get back together with my ex but I don't want to infect her.  I added a photo of my glans to my album, hope someone can help me.

Probably the dermatologist it is the best solution. Is it possible they are different outbreaks? or that I contracted herpes on my glans the second time I received oral sex?. When I look at the pic I feel even worst because it looks horrible and there are so many red dots.

Hi, what your describing doesnot at all appear as a herpes outbreak. The life cycle to a topical sore is about 2 weeks from appearing, scabing and then healing. They dont last as long as youve had them.
Your hsv1 is all most without question oral from childhood. What to do? See a dermatoligist.
