Herpes or other std?

I am a 40 y/o male and had not had a sex partner in many months.
4 days ago I had (attempted) unprotected sex with a female I just met. However, I should explain I was suffering from severe alcohol/nerves enduced ED. and I did not achieve much if any penetration. Her repeated attempts to orally arouse me were unsuccessful as were my further attempts at intercourse. About 24-30 hours later, I developed an irritated feeling around the opening of my penis. This irritated feeling is still occuring after 4 days.
I have noticed no discharge or burning in urination. Should I be concerned that this irritation is an STD? Herpes?Any other advice would be appreciated.

It's most likely just irritation from all the attempts at getting you up for the occasion. Should it continue until monday - follow up with your provider for a further work up.
