Herpes on the palm of my hand?

So Ive gotten checked for STIs about a month ago and everything came back negative. They didn't do a herpes test, but they checked for everything else. I got tested after my first sexual partner and I broke up and I haven't had another partner since. Today, I woke up with tiny raised, red bumps on the palm of my hand. They never "tingled", itched, or hurt; they are just there. I've never had anything like this on my genitals or mouth, but could this be herpes? Should I be worried?
