Herpes testing positive then negative, and other issues.

Last October (2009) I went to the doctor for std testing due to an encounter with the condom breaking.  I had pressure on my abdominals and constant urination.  Did a full STD test, and gave me medication incase it was chlyamida or gonnrhea.  Took the medication, after a few days the pressure and urination went away.  Went back for results doctor said everything was negative except HSV1.  I've never had a coldsore before.  So a month goes by and I go back to the doctor for a dull testicle discomfort.  Did a sonogram, came back fine.  Sent to a urologist, said everything was fine but gave me medication for the discomfort.  Took it all and went away but came back shortly after.  This discomfort doesn't bother me much but its there, I can still live my life normally.  Also at times the tip of my ureatha is crusted togather.  Doctor didn't seemed phased by it.  Anyways went back to the doctor 2 months ago, (august) because stomach pains that vary from lower and upper but, once again nothing that really bothers me but, is defintely there.  Went and got an xray of chest and abdominals, and sonogram of entire abdominals.  Testcile discomfort is still there.  Also got another STD test where everything came back negative, even HSV1, and this is 11 months after the encounter.  Any ideas whats going on here?

even the best blood tests still miss 1 out of every 10 hsv1 infections.  having had a + hsv1 blood test at one point means you probably really do have hsv1 like most adults do.  Most adults who have hsv1 orally, don't get obvious cold sores to know it.

your symptoms do not sound like they are due to herpes.

Next time, please post in the Herpes community for further information in regards to your dilemma. However, I will help you out here a bit. I do believe that there could be a discrepancy from the tests you took for HSV. Do you know whether the test you took was IGM or IGG?
