HSV Symptoms and blood results

Hello, I am a 20 yo female. So I went into urgent care with yeast like symptoms 4/28/16. The symptoms were recurring (itchy, immflamuation of the vulva with thick white discharge), and with my history of frequent "yeast infections" she did a cervical exam and took samples and tested for the following:
Vaginal pathogens DNA direct probes (candida species, gardnella vaginalis, trichomonas) - All negative
Treponema antibody, IGG (Syphillis) - Non reavtive
Hepatitis acute a, b, c panel - All negative
HIV Screening (4th gen) - non reactive
Chlamydia trachomatis and neisseria Gonorrhoeae, TMA AMPLIF - Both Negative

All symptoms proceeded off and on from the earlier date (4-28-16) till now. Some days less severe than others.

I experienced the same symptoms accompanied by flu like symptoms (sore throat, lymph nodes on neck swollen, itchy down there, painful urination probably due to itching and white discharge) on date 12-11-16 and then made an appointment with primary 12-21-16 and got vaginal pathogens dna direct probes ran through again with all negative. She ordered additional blood work (CBC, Urinalysis with microscopic exam culture if indicated, comprehensive metabolic panel, herpes simplex virus 1 & 2 antibodies IGG and IGM) and all came back negative except for HSV 1&2 IGM. Went in on 12-27-16 and also got swabbed and diagnosed for strep throat. I've been experiencing painful urination and white discharge off and on since the 12-11-16 incident.

My questions are, due to all stated above:
1. Did I likely get recently infected with a partner I had unprotected oral sex with (i was the giver) on 12-27-16?
2. Are all these symptoms and diagnosis of strep leading to most likely being infected with the virus? if so, does it sound like hsv1 or 2?
3. The positive IGM test was a low positive ringing in a value or 1.28, should I definitely get retested? If so, what test do you reccomend?
4. I've never had any lesions anywhere, with my symptoms, should I expect them to be internal outbreaks?
5. Do the herpes blood tests cross react with having chicken pox in the past? Or cross react with anything really?

Thank you all in advance for reading and responding to my post.

I would go get looked at again and have yourself swabbed for hsv. In the absence of lesions I do not suspect hsv.

Ok. You have a lot of questions and I'm going to answer this all in one statement. Ok, maybe three or four. Lol
Here it goes. Your igm test is completely useless. No std or hsv expert endorses the igm. Even the ultra conservative CDC is against them for hsv testing. The test is highly unreliable and false positives are VERY common. In fact I spend a great deal of my time here dealing with people who are freaked out by this useless test. Unfortunately most Dr's are not up on hsv or testing.
Now to your specific symptoms. They are not hsv related. If you had a genital infection and had a primary outbreak with flu symptoms. The swollen lymph nodes would be in your groin not your neck. All those symptoms and no lesions??? Nope not herpes. Please forget the igm test it should've never been given.

Thank you so much for responding.

I'm currently getting painful urination if I don't drink copious amounts of water. I've been getting sharp pain (but not extremely painful but still painful) in my left side where my ribs are. Pain isn't consistent but comes and goes.  Also when I bend over it hurts my kidney area in the front. Opening of the vagina also itches but I ignore it because I know it would worsen symptoms.

Honestly I feel like total rubbish right now. If it's not herpes, what does this sound like to you??

Again, thank you so much for helping me out. I'm so grateful for this site.
Also still getting the white discharge after urination.
