I'm so scared

I last got tested for herpes at the end of January and was tested negative for HSV 2.  I've slept with 4 guys since then. I got tested for chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV, and syphilis Mid  April and was tested negative. I've been feeling really itchy down under the testicles and sometimes around the anus. I'm scared that I might have catched herpes again but I'm not sure.... I have small little dots on the crown of the penis that are barely visible (more visible when erected). And just this Friday I've recently discovered a bigger bump near the pee hole. I have little to no itchiness on my penis and the bumps on penis do not hurt at all. I have not felt sick or have not had a fever.

About a couple months ago I had a severe case of athletes foot. I no longer have it but ive heard it can sometimes transfer to your gentitals. I'm so scared. I'm scheduling a doctors appointment tomorrow to make sure but can someone tell me what they think. I have pictures of needed....

I still do not think herpes is an issue here.

You must test for all STDs/STIs observing timeframes if there was any unprotected penetration involved here.

Sadly no.... All these times it has been unprotected. Which is why I'm extremely worried. I'm scheduling a doctors appointment today.

I have one noticable bump on my penis head that does not itch or hurt, but I was trying to pop it Which could be the reason why it's so red but I'm not completely sure. Sometimes my groin itches so bad i scratch so much that the skin tears and there is very little pain. I have checked and they're are no blisters anywhere else

There is nothing here suggestive of herpes. I take it all this sex is protected?
