IgM and IgG non-reactive at 2 weeks. Is this herpes, sciatica, anxiety?

I had unprotected sex with a guy 1 month ago. He adamantly denies ever having contact with anyone he suspects having herpes and has never had suspicion he has it. Anyway, at the two week mark, I notice vaginal irritation after my cycle. I ran out of my usual tampons and used some tampons from the back of my cupboard which were about 3 years old.I have had allergies to tampons before and had the same feeling of the tampon allergy scenario, either that or I had a post-cycle yeast infection which is very common for me. On top of that, I made had to take one of my strong migraine pills that weekend which cause nausea (relpax) and I also made the ill decision to try cocaine for the first time the night before and it made me feel incredibly horrible like I was coming down with a cold. (I had been around several sick people, too.) I decided to head to the local urgent care because I wouldnt have time to visit my obgyn or regular doc in the week. I described the vaginal irritation and sex and the doctor immediately assumed and STD. He ordered a serology panel (Rocephin IM and Doxycycline). Neither drug have I had before and I have a history of drug allergies to antibiotics, etc. I left and later started feeling very ill and feverish like I caught one a cold. I felt very nauseaous after the doxy and had butt pain from the rocephin. Some swollen neck lymph nodes by the side I snorted the drug. Now, I am having very very intense anxiety that I might have herpes and it is very very persistent. My mind is stuck in a loop that I have it. I have lost interest in eating. I had sinus symptoms, fever, nausea, sore throat, and night sweats for a few days. I also started having a burning sensation where my buttock meets my leg. It is almost constant and it radiates down the back of my legs. The burning also appears in my armpits, face, eyes, and back which is worse with sweat. The sweat made my buttocks crease burn like fire. In the middle of the week, I ended up going to my obgyn for an exam. He did culture of my cervix (negative) and looked around and said the inside of my vagina looked like I had an allergy again. Did a visual exam. No sores. He prescribed a medrol dose pack and diflucan. The medrol helped with the irritation. He didnt know what to say about the burning butt crease and sweating. I flipped out a couple of days later after having the burning butt and thought I saw a bump and went straight back to the obgyn to have it cultured. He said it was not a herpes sore, just a normal part of my vagina. Culture came back negative again. I told him about the burning sweat on the crease of my butt, and he gave me steroid cream which caused more burning. I was flipping out so bad I stopped taking my birth control pills and immediately started my period again. Tampons were ok the 1st day, but by the 2nd day I could not use them. The burning radiates from my buttocks to the groin, to my crotch, to my back, and gets worse with sitting or clothing touching and better with standing, changing position, or sitting in a bath. I cannot wear heeled shoes because my legs are hurting on heels. (I wear heels 6 days a week and had started an intense new leg workout several days before). There is NO RASH and NO SORES. I have gone back and had multiple visual exams of my skin and there is NOTHING. All cultures negative. All STDs non-reactive at 2 weeks, including IgM and IgG  non-reactive. My vagina feels absolutely fine by now and I never had burning with urination. Some mornings I am waking up and I cannot feel the burning until the anxiety hits and it starts stinging again when I get up and move and think about it. I am having panic attacks at night now and my throat feels tight off/on all day. The burning gets worse with sweating, certain positions, clothing, sitting, after eating and even small amouts of alcohol makes my sweat feel like acid on my butt and armpits. Taking a bath and laying on my back naked, and doing breathing exercises makes the burning go down significantly, but if I think about the fact that I might have herpes during sleep, the burning comes back and I wake up and have a panic attack. I have a family history of anxiety disorder. My brother has had anxiety over health issues before where he made himself sick. Im getting another herpes IgG serology (takes some time, I know) and have appointments with my neurologist and PCP. Might need a sedative.

How well do you know the guy?  Couldn't you convince him to get tested and save yourself the worry?

Have a blood test 3 months post exposure. Swabs are only reliable to show a positive not a negative.
