Herpes? Please help!

I recently had sex with my new boyfriend, we had sex several times in one night and it was kind of rough. So naturally the next day I was a bit tender, no big deal. Well later the next day we had sex again, he kind of shoved himself inside me and I was extremely dry. We continued to have sex but when I got up I had bled on him, enough that I thought I started my period early. The next day I was really so and when I used the bathroom it kind of burned but I assumed I was just raw down there from a lot of rough sex the last two days before. This happened late Friday night today is Tuesday and I have not bled even a spot since sex on Friday. I've gotten raw "down there" before from frequent rough sex in a short period of time, it would sting when I went to the bathroom and nothing ever came of it. This time it was exactly the same only a bit more painful, I thought maybe just bc I hadn't had sex in awhile. It was bothering me yesterday so I googled and read it could be a tear in the skin due to the combination of being very dry and rough sex. After work I decided to get a mirror and take a look, there is a blister like sore and that was sore to the touch. There was no puss nor was it red or anything odd other than the sore itself. There is broken skin on the outside of the sore but NOT on the sore. I couldn't tell if it was actually a blister/sore or maybe just where the skin originally ripped and was healing. The pain is getting better, nothing like the 1st day after. I looked online again today and read a lot of different things saying it could be herpes and I'm really freaking out. Please help me!!!!

Herpes outbreaks are usually 3-5 days from exposure. I would think this is from the trauma from  rough sex. I would get it looked at by your Dr just to be safe.
