More info please. Herpes?

About a month ago i recieved unprotected oral sex but it was only for about 5 min maybe 6 minutes tops. The next day or 2 i started  experiencing discomfort on my left testical and a slight sting on the lips of my penis. But i haven't gotten any cold sores, havent had pain urinating, nor the genital bumps on my penis. However i have been getting a rash as of a few days ago. Ive been itchy from my chest, my buttocks, and my back. If its herpes i would like to know information about it.

No, herpes doesn't travel the body. If you have genital herpes it stays in the boxer shorts region. That's an example as you clearly didn't contract hsv from that exposure
