Have I got herpies?
Initially I didn't notice until I went toilet and it was really sore. Now that I am aware of it it has been sore and itchy but I've managed to leave but it doesn't look like it's clearing up. I had a look at herpies images and thought it could be that but not sure.

Chances are it's too late for an accurate swab. The swab test needs to be done typically within 24-48 hours of a lesion forming. Any later and it could result in a false negative due to not enough virus being present at the time of collection.
Thanks for comments. Have booked in to check with doc. Will update with what I find out.
Go to the doctor and get it swabbed. Best thing you can do right now

It's like a tight bunch of tiny white circles, it looks like I could pick the head off them of course I wouldn't though, hurts to touch it as well.
We really don't look at pictures. Describe it and location.
