Genital Sore

Last night I scratch the right side of my scrotum where it touches my thigh and noticed a pain and saw that there was a sore where I had scratched. I had unprotected sex almost a year ago and since then have seen two different doctors and have had blood tests and urine tests done and no std was found. This has happened before. The sore is red and painful. There is no swelling on or around the sore. I do have cysts and small cream filled bumps all over my scrotum. I have had no outbreaks of any kind on my penis and the other time that this has happened it was on the bottom of my scrotum where it rubs my thighs. I am wondering if this sounds like it could be herpes because both of my doctors are confident that I do not have the disease. I do sweat alot and wear jeans. I have also had a bad uti at this time.

Hi, having an outbreak in that area would mean its a recurrent outbreak and if you tested negative with a herpes select type specific test 3 months post any exposure would mean the sore is not herpes related.
