I might have infected myself with Ocular Herpes!

I need help! I have an active genital outbreak and i woke up last night scratching myself down there... I was going to wake up and wash my hands, but I passed right out.  I then woke up in the morning to scratching my eyes... I am absolutely terrified of the possibility that I could have just given myself Ocular Herpes.  I know that I do have HSV-1 and HSV-2.  Is having a genital outbreak a way of transmitting it to the eyes? Please help! I really appreciate it!!!

Whatever happened with your eyes? I'm experiencing the same issues.

If you were having an outbreak at the time all this scratching was taking place from Genital to Eyes there is a possible risk of co-infection and it would be wise to have this checked out as soon as possible but should any itching in your eyes or blisters appear anywhere near your eyes you must have this seen to immediately.
