the 30% is what i stated and so if her lips did not make contact you were 100% protected. no sure what more you are concerned about.

the 70% means if it breaks or there is mouth contact below the condom. with the condom there is 100% protection from herpes if it did not break or there was not other skin contact made. What do you think the 30% means?

It protects 100% if her lips did not make contact with your pubic mound area. What do you mean by only 30%? What is the 70% risk?

If you had a condom on then there was not risk in the first place so you would not need any testing. The virus cant go through the condom material. You dont need any testing.

Hi, as a rule of thumb, 12 to 13 weeks would be conclusive but if she did not have any lip sore at the time, contracting herpes from a one time affair, the risk would be close to zero anyway. 8 weeks is a good indicator and being negative at 10 could be considered conclusive since the risk was quite low anyway and you have not developed any symptoms by now. But it your call.
