Make an appointment to see your doctor and ask for a swab to be take from your private areas and another from your mouth and for the is to be sent to the laboratory for analysis. What you are looking for is any bacterial or fungal infection.
Itching and problems in the mouth can be caused by fungal infections. Taking antibiotics can also encourage yeast overgrowth causing Thrush.
Fungal infections in the mouth are usually treated by an oral gel specifically for oral Thrush called Dactarin. This can be purchased from the pharmacy without a prescription. A doctor can prescribe Nystatin drops that you cannot purchase without a prescription.
There are different creams and capsules to take by mouth to treat fungal infection. And some of these can also be purchased from the pharmacy without a prescription.
As it is unclear what is causing your symptoms, my advice is for you to make an appointment to see your doctor who may know what it is by examining you, or may do the swab tests to identify the cause.
Bacteria and fungal infection are treated with different medication, so it is important to find out what bacteria or fungus is responsible for your symptoms so that you can get the correct treatment.
As a home remedy, you can apply natural set yogurt to your genitals after washing with water and drying gently. Try not to scratch as this can damage and thicken the skin. Don't use normal soap. Use non perfumed soap, a soap that has the same pH level as our skin and baby washes may be fine. Wash morning and night and wear clean cotton pants every day.
Eat more natural yogurt for any mouth problems
Make an appointment to see by your doctor.
Let me know how you get on.
Best wishes.
I've had my share of STD fears but I am coming to terms with them now. Thought I must say, your fears seem to be more involved and irrational.
First off :
Oral Symptoms - Nothing you describe fits the symptoms of HSV1. Dry lips have nothing to do with herpes nor do canker sores or the inability to enjoy chips. Also, HSV1 is shockingly common and much of the population has been exposed. Yes, it is technically possible you are HSV1 positive from the encounter now BUT not that it matters really. (search the forum for the sage advice of Dr. H.Hunter Handsfield MD. A brilliant doctor, for sure)
Genital Symptoms: The symptoms you describe also do not fit any known symptoms of a bacterial STI like Gonorrhea or Chlamydia which means the antibiotics you were taking did nothing as expected. As for genital herpes; thought possible it is also unlikely that after TWO months you did not develop very clear and visible sores that are unmistakable HSV2. Increased urination, sharp stinging in the urethra, anal itch, bloating in the stomach and decreased appetite all sounds like anxiety and not HSV2. You mentioned you did not want to have a sexual experience with this girl but did so anyway. So my non-medical (but well informed) diagnosis is that you are healthy from a physical standpoint and/or are being plagued either by anxiety which is causing physical symptoms or something non STI related but also not serious.
